The grievance of the petitioner is that the local hooligans are restraining him from raising construction of his boundary wall.

The petitioner claims that the property over which the boundary wall will be raised is described in the site plan of the Deed of Conveyance executed in his favour. This Court is unaware as to whether there is any civil suit in respect of the subject property. In the event there is no dispute with regard to the title of the subject property, then the police shall ensure that no disturbance is caused to the petitioner at the time of raising the boundary wall.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
