The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent nos. 1 & 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 27.11.2025 which till date has not been considered by the said respondents.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the said representation within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties and by pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law. 4.
