This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated February 2, 2023 passed by this Court. The previous order dated March 8, 2024 depicts that the alleged contemnor has already filed an affidavit of compliance.

Mr. Gourav Das, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor, submits that the order and direction of this Court dated February 2, 2023 already stands complied with.

Ms. Anita Shaw, learned advocate led by Mr.

Anjan Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnor.

The petitioner's counsel submits that they have challenged the said impugned order dated March 20,

2023 in an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding. Accordingly, CPAN 187 of 2024 stands dropped and closed.

The application CPAN 187 of 2024 stands, accordingly, disposed of, without any order as to costs.
