1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 122 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court, at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, as well as applications under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997, filed in connection therewith.

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court, at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, to dispose of

the pending applications under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the 1996, Act as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 122 of 2023 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit.

4. With the above observations, CO. 367 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
