The alleged contemnor has filed an affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the order in question has been complied with by the alleged contemnor, and recommendation has been issued by the School Service Commission to transfer the petitioner.

It is expected now that the Board of Secondary Education shall ensure issuance of transfer order within 10 days from date.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt application.

WPCRC 127 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

7.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.
