In Re: CRAN 2 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant prays for waiver of the condition in respect of the bail which was granted on 27.03.2025 and subsequently modified on 29.10.2025. In view of the report submitted by the Inspector-inCharge, Basanti Police Station, I am of the view that condition so imposed while granting bail on 27.03.2025 and subsequently modified on 29.10.2025 be hereby waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
