Kutubuddin ...for the petitioner Mr. Ansar Mondal, AGP Mr. Hasibul Islam ...for the state Petitioner has approached this court in respect of a representation made on 19.12.2022. In view of the passage of time, having elapsed and the nature of prayers advanced before this court, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Paikar Police Station. In case such an information is furnished within a close proximity of time, the Officer-in-Charge would dispose of the same in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time and inform the petitioners regarding the outcome of their representation. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2344 of 2023 is disposed of.
