1. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that this is the fourth NDPS case in which the police have falsely implicated the petitioner. The police authorities have been harassing the petitioner for ulterior motive. He is in custody for 94 days. He prays for bail.

2. Learned State advocate tells us that this is the eleventh criminal case which has been initiated against the petitioner. He has a chequered history. Cases under the Explosive Substances Act are also pending against him.

3. Be that as it may, we are told that investigation in this case is yet to be completed. Solely because of that, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
