Liberty is granted to the Advocate-on-record for the petitioners to correct the cause title.

The name of the petitioner no.6 shall stand corrected to read as "Rinki Ghosal Maity".

Counsel for the Advocate-on-record for the petitioners may effect necessary correction in the cause title in course of the day.

The order dated 9th September, is mentioned for correction.

In the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the third page of the order dated 9th September, 2021 after the expression "for fresh licence", the expression "for Off-shops" shall be included.

In the sixth line of the said paragraph at page 3 against the expression "period of 10 days", shall be replaced by the expression "period of 15 days".

After the word thereafter in the last line of the fourth paragraph of the said order at page 3, the following shall be added:

"If the petitioners apply for adjustment of the licence fees already deposited, the respondents shall adjust the same against the new applications". Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 9th September, 2021.

The other parts of the order dated 9th September, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
