complaint as formal FIR as already directed in the order dated 03.11.2022.

Investigation shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date.

The police shall accompany the petitioner's son back into their house and post a police picket thereat comprising of two constables for a period of one week from date. The contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
