The petitioner prays for implementation of the order dated 14th December, 2022 passed by the Assistant Engineer, In-Charge Building Department, Howrah Municipal Corporation directing the private respondents to cause self-demolition of the unauthorized construction and the deviated portion within 15 days.

The writ petition has been affirmed on 31st January, 2023.

It appears that the petitioner has acted in great haste in filing the present writ petition.

The Howrah Municipal Corporation shall take steps to implement the said order of demolition in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
