1. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.1 has filed an affidavit disclosing the payment made between April 2019 and March 2024 aggregating to a sum of Rs.11,88,500/-. It is submitted in paragraph 8 of the affidavit that the calculation sheet filed by Krishna Sarkar would show that she claimed a sum of Rs.11.50 lakh whereas she has already been paid a sum of Rs.11,88,500/-. The affidavit also disclosed the creation of fixed deposit for the benefit of her daughter namely, Miss. Rishita Sarkar.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we accept the affidavit of compliance with apology. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
