The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondent encroached upon government land, thereby obstructing his egress and ingress.

The petitioner submitted a representation to that effect before the respondent No.3 on 9th November, 2020, but such representation has not been disposed of as yet. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the authority to dispose of such representation.

Upon hearing learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 9th November, 2020 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, after

affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties, in accordance with law.

Accordingly WPA 2815 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
