Petitioner No.1 and 3 have been discharged from the case and accordingly prayer for pre-arrest bail is not maintainable so far as they are concerned. 3.

Statement of witness show the husband and the victim's inlaws had pushed her wife. As a result she fell down, suffered injury and died.

In light of the prima facie involvement of petitioner nos. 2 and 4 in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
