Leave granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioners to correct the cause-title.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners is not required. The husband was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim is thirteen years old. He draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary implicating the petitioners. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the age of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 669 of 2022 is dismissed.
