The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the two schools recommended for joining as an Assistant Teacher by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission either did not have a vacancy or did not have an equivalent post.

The petitioner thereafter wrote to the Commission indicating that there is a vacancy in Faiz Ahmed Faiz Urdu High School (H.S.), Telinipara, District- Hooghly.

In the above circumstances, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall verify her records and ascertain availability of vacancy in the aforesaid school if available, post her thereat. In the event such vacancy is not available, a nearby school with a vacancy shall be identified by the

West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the petitioner shall be posted thereat.

It is expected that the aforesaid exercise will be completed by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission within a period of three weeks from date. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
