Challenging the order of suspension dated 3.3.2023 issued by the Chairman, Diamond Harbour municipality, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Mr. Datta, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the order of suspension has since been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated in service.

Learned advocate appearing for the municipality on the other hand submits that the petitioner has not only joined the service but is being regularly paid salary.

Having heard the learned advocate for the respective parties and without going into the issue as to whether the petitioner is receiving any salary I am of the view since the writ petition was filed challenging the order of suspension upon revocation of suspension order, nothing survives in this writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
