2. Challenging an order dated 7th November 2019 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the present writ petition has been preferred.

3. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
