It appears that the father of the petitioner was a government employee. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court as a Court of first instance.

It has, however, been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the State has already taken steps for granting family pension to the petitioner.

Since this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court, I do not pass any further order in this writ petition.

Needless to mention if the petitioner is dissatisfied with the State action, she may approach appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. Accordingly WPA 2358 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
