1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. The relief claimed by the petitioner is cryptic. It does not tally with the pleadings and documents filed with the petition. For example, in prayer (b), petitioner prayed that in terms of direction issued by respondent no.6 being Annexure - P/6, the directions be directed to be taken. However, Annexure - P/6 is a representation preferred by the petitioner/public.

No such direction mentioned in Clause - b of the prayer is filed

alongwith the petition. We cannot entertain such cryptic petition.

3. Accordingly, PIL is dismissed reserving liberty to file a properly constituted petition.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
