A report is received from the Officer-in-Charge of Golabari P.S., Howrah to the effect that the appellant who is the complainant before the learned trial Court died on 15.12.2021.

In view of the death of the appellant, the instant appeal being CRA 61 of 1992 stands abated as regards the appellant herein.

With the aforementioned observation, the instant appeal is disposed of.

Department is directed to forward a copy of this order along with LCR to the learned trial forthwith.
