Learned advocate on record Mr. Shahan Shah appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the revision has become infructuous as it had been preferred praying for quashing of order dated 24.8.2018 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia in connection with Chapra P.S. Case No. 37/2018. By the said order, the learned ACJM had issued warrant of proclamation and attachment against the petitioners and accused and next date was fixed for year Execution Report and appearance.

Learned lawyer for the petitioners submits in presence of the learned lawyer for the State Miss Rita Dutta, appointed by this Court in the present case as none on behalf of the State is present.

Let appointment of Miss Rita Dutta be regularized through the learned Public Prosecutor, Calcutta. It is submitted that the petitioners in the meantime have surrendered before the trial Court and have obtained bail, and as such, the petitioners are not willing to proceed with the revisional application as it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision stands disposed of being infructuous.
