The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent/P.F. Authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2024.

It is submitted by the petitioner that she was getting family pension but all on a sudden the same was stopped.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/P.F. Authority has placed documents to show that they have communicated to the petitioner that no life certificate was filed by the petitioner and, as such, the pension could not be released.

Petitioner submits that she is ready and willing to submit all documents including life certificate, as directed by the respondent/P.F. Authority.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file life certificate as called for by the respondent authority along

with any other documents, if necessary, and the respondent/P.F. Authority shall dispose of the petitioner's prayer made by way of a representation dated 17.09.2024, within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 2493 of 2025 stands disposed of.
