Filing this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner praying for setting aside the order dated 15.12.2018 passed by the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate at Barasat, North 24-Parganas, in connection with GR Case No. 1463 of 2000.

This case is pending since 2019. In spite of long pendency, none appears on behalf of the petitioners at the time of call. No accommodation is sought for. Even on the earlier occasion, none appears on behalf the petitioner and no accommodation sought for.

In the above circumstances, it appears that the petitioners are no more interested to pursue the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 203 of 2019 is, thus, dismissed for default.

In view of the above, CRAN 1 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

7.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.
