Mr. Saryati Dutta, learned Counsel appearing with Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned Advocate-on-record on behalf of the petitioner files a copy of a 'No Objection Vakalatnama' that was filed in the department. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application. A written instruction given by the petitioner in this regard as also a copy of the 'No Objection Vakalatnama', as filed in Court, are taken on record.
