2. In the order dated 10.06.2024 while recording the appearance of the learned advocates it has gone down wrongly as "appellants" in MAT 157 of 2023 whereas it should be "respondents" in MAT 157 of 2023.

3. Further it is submitted that the name of one of the counsel who appeared for the respondents

has gone down wrongly and the correct name is Ms. Deblina Chattaraj.

4. This shall be substituted in the place of Mr. Debraj Chattaraj.
