1. This intra court appeal by the appellant is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench dated 3rd January, 2023 in WPA 19019 of 2022.

2. On perusal of the order, we find that the grievance of the appellant/writ petitioner is against the developer alleging that the ingress and egress to the property purchased by him has been affected.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned writ court the dispute is being a purely civil in nature and the police have no role to play. For such observation of the learned Single Bench, there is a direction to the concerned police station to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

4. Considering the observations made by the court, we do not find any ground to interfere with the said order.

5. Accordingly, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
