At this stage, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press this application. The petitioner after invoking the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court and inviting the Court to pass an order dated February 6, 2023 calling for a report, seeks to withdraw the petition. There are materials in the case diary including the report which points to the complicity of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 484 of 2023 is dismissed.
