The matter was listed on the ground of urgency upon being mentioned by the appellant. However, when we take up the appeal for hearing, it is found that this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.

Accordingly, FMAT 41 of 2026 along with CAN 1 of 2026 are dismissed as not maintainable before this Court on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction. 3.

We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the appeal.

Liberty is given to the appellant to prefer an appeal against the impugned order before the appropriate court having pecuniary jurisdiction.

There will be no order as to costs.
