Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. In case the chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court, the petitioners need not meet with the Investigating Officer any more. So far as the other conditions are concerned which have been imposed in the order dated 06.02.2023, the same would be retained as it is in the order dated 06.02.2023.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
