Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 22nd September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 22nd September, 2025, it is revealed that in the cause title the name of the petitioner has been written instead of <Trisha Sikdar=, it should be read as <Trishna Sikdar=. The other portion of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
