Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The husband is the petitioner.

The police complaint was lodged within five years of marriage.

There is an incident of abortion on July 29, 2020. There are allegations of torture and demand for dowry. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 485 of 2023 is dismissed.
