Learned Advocate for the petitioner has filed documents along with an affidavit to show that the writ petitioner has been allowed to join in the post of Para Teacher at Chandpur Upendranath High School (HS) of Village-Chandpur, District - Howrah vide appointment letter No. CUHS/50/2022 Dated 28.6.2022.

In that view of the matter, the order of this Court stands complied with.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that the petitioner's right to claim arrear salary should be kept reserved. If the writ petitioner has such right in law, then he will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for such relief.

The contempt application being CPAN 70 of 2018 stands, accordingly, disposed of.
