Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.43 of 2024 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another matter between the same parties arising out of case bearing CRR 1435 of 2025 disposed of by this court vide order dated 2nd April, 2026.

The court considers that no prejudice shall be caused if an appropriate direction is issued for expeditious proceeding. Hence, learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is directed to conduct expeditious proceeding of Misc. Case No.43 of 2024 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
