The petitioner's application seeking transfer on spouse medical grounds is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jhargram.

The report of the DI of Schools dated February 6, 2025 mentions that the application has remained pending due to suspension of the Utshasree portal.

Transfer being an incidence of service, application for transfer cannot be kept pending on the ground of suspension of the portal.

For the purpose of ascertaining the medical condition of the spouse of the petitioner, a medical examination is required to be conducted by the Chief Medical Officer of Health.

Accordingly, the DI of Schools is directed to proceed to conduct a medical examination of the spouse of the petitioner, if not already done. 6.

If the report of the CMOH is in favour of the

patient, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the DI of Schools despite the fact that the Utshasree portal for transfer is suspended. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
