This revisional application has been filed praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No.470 of 2017. It is submitted that the application for temporary injunction has not yet been disposed of. It is also submitted that the application for temporary injunction is otherwise ready for hearing.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the application for temporary injunction within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties but by granting an opportunity to all the parties to contest the said proceeding.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner and the learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law. It is also expected that the learned court below shall proceed with the title suit

expeditiously and dispose of the same at the earliest in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
