This matter appears for correction.

In judgment dated 4th March, 2024 at page eight (8) paragraph 22 in the 4th line the amount should be noted as "Rs.19,14,103/-" instead of "Rs.19,89,203/-". In the 6th line the amount should be correctly written as "Rs.19,14,103/-" instead of "Rs. 19,89,103/-". In the last line of paragraph 22 after deduction of Rs.88,000/- the amount should be written as "Rs.18,26,103/-"

instead of "Rs.19,01,103/-. In the same last line the some addendum would be noted as follows- "Along with the accrued interest".

In paragraph 24 some addendum would be noted as hereunder- "Along with accrued interest".

Let the instant order shall be made a part of the order passed by this Court on 04.03.2024. (Subhendu Samanta, J.)
