1. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has not received any instructions from his client and could not contact her. The appeal is of the year 2013.

2. It further appears that the appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated October 18, 2012 passed by the learned District Judge, Darjeeling in Act VIII Case No. 18 of 2012 under the Guardian and Wards Act, 1980.

3. The appellant had applied under Section 29 of the said Act to sell the property of the minor children. The two children were born in the year 1998 and 2006 respectively. Both must have attained majority as on date.

4. The appeal itself may have become infructuous.

5. In that view of the matter, the instant appeal and the connected application are disposed of without any orders.

6. Interim order if any shall stand vacated.

7. Let TCR if any be sent back.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
