It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the matter is wrongly listed today as writ petition though the matter is criminal revision. It has been listed as WPA no. 2288 of 2022. It is further submitted that the interim order passed earlier is also expiring today, which may be extended.

Heard both sides.

Upon perusal of the order dated 24.01.2025, it appears there was inadvertent some typographical error had crept in the order dated 24.01.2025 with regard to case number and cause title same stands corrected and read as CRR 2288 of 2022, Debtanu Chakraborty & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Other portion of the order dated 24.01.2025 remains unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary correction in the order dated 24.01.2025.

Interim order which is going to expire today is further extended till 28th February, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Let the matter appear in the list on 14th February, 2025 under the same heading.

Parties are at liberty to pray for extension and/or modification and/or vacating and/or variation of the interim order upon notice to the other side. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
