The petitioners seek to withdraw the application and prefer a statutory appeal before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is granted.

If the petitioners prefer statutory appeal within a fortnight from date, learned Appellate Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation.

Further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed before this Court upon furnishing photocopies thereof.

In view of the above, CRR 498 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
