All other documents are part of the earlier proceedings.

Since this Court is not convinced after hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the present writ petition warrants any order, the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the present writ petition, as prayed for.

WPA 2294 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

It may be recorded that all the documents which form part of the present writ petition is already part of WPA 18644 of 2021 which is pending before this Court and is due to be listed soon.
