Ms. Ananya Chakraborty ...for the petitioner Mr. Benazir Ahmed ...for the State Mr. Niladri Sekhar Ghosh ....respondent no.5 Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client was instigated by the private respondents to commit suicide.

It appears that the FIR was registered by the police and a final report has been filed by the Belur Police Station holding that it is a case of suicide by hanging.

This Court does not find any material on record to dispute such report.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. W.P.A. 2859 of 2021 shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
