1. Petitioner submits there are indiscrepancies in the statement of the victim and her mother. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State submits victim is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, petitioner prays not to press this bail application till the examination of the victim. 4.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed. 5.

Trial court shall ensure the examination of the victim at the earliest.
