The petitioner has applied for transfer on medical grounds afresh on 06.11.2023 from Raipur Primary School, Paglachandi, Kaliganj Block within the same district under Nabadwip Circle.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Nadia shall refer the petitioner's case to the CMOH, Krishnanagar, Nadia and ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner as to whether he would have difficulty in travelling a distance of 62.1 kms. from his residence. 4.

Based on the opinion of the CMOH, let a suitable decision be taken by the Chairman, DPSC, Nadia in accordance with law within a period of two months from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
