Petitioner no. 2 (Nayan Mandal) was arrested. Therefore, CRM (A) 488 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous so far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner nos. 1 (Sujan Mandal) and 3 (Ujjal Mandal @ Ujwal Mondal) therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 488 of 2023 is dismissed.
