As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Ziaul Haque, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the state is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

The writ petition appeared on 02.12.2024 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of last chance another opportunity was granted. Today when the writ petition has been called none represented the petitioner.

Grievance of the petitioner relates to her representation not being considered which was

referred to the Officer-in-Charge, Jaynagar Police Station as well as SP, Baruipur.

The accusations are basically against the husband, mother-in-law and the paramour of the husband and their accusations of brutal assault. In view of the communication which was made to the police authorities dates back to January, 2024. If there are repeat incidents of the same nature and a fresh application is filed before the authorities, the police authorities would consider the representation in accordance with law.

Respondents claim innocence in respect of the accusation.

Be that as it may, if a fresh representation is filed, police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2377 of 2024 is disposed of.
