Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that out of 16 accused persons, 13 accused persons were enlarged on bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the trial is at the fag end with only the Investigating Officer remaining to be examined on behalf of the prosecution. The petitioners adopted the cross-examine the other co-accuseds.

Considering the fact that the trial is at the crucial stage and considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the case diary, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 407 of 2022 is disposed of.
