This is an application for cancellation of bail in respect of an order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia.

The offences as alleged are under Sections 406/420/506(II)/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Records of this revisional application reflect that the accused was granted bail on 10th February, 2006. Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

No information has been received regarding the misuse of the conduct by the accused. In view of the passage of time, which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference can be made on the liberty of the person who has been granted bail. Accordingly, CRM 657 of 2007 is dismissed.
