The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to disburse financial benefits with interest in his favour in terms of the order passed by the Director, Public Instruction. The learned advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instructions, that the dues of the petitioner have already been cleared. Documents have been produced before this Court wherefrom it appears that a sum of Rs.13,73,274/- was sanctioned by the Director of Public Instruction on 28th May, 2019 in favour of the institution namely Maharani Kasiswari College with the remarks "remuneration Debabrata Bhowmik, PTT for April '13 to July '19".

A further sanction order dated 6th June, 2019 for a sum of Rs.4,05,000/- only has been sanctioned in favour of the institution on account of arrears of Sri

D. Bhowmik for 1st October, 2010 to 31st March, 2013.

Another sanction order dated 9th July, 2019 has been issued for a sum of Rs.19,600/- only on account of ad-hoc bonus of Debabrata Bhowmik for 2012-2013 to 2017-2018.

It appears from the aforesaid documents that payment has already been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and accordingly he is no longer interested to proceed with the writ petition.

In view of the above W.P.A. 1391 of 2019 stands dismissed.

The sanction orders (3) handed over by the learned advocate representing the Director of Public Instruction are retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
