The report reflects that proclamation and attachment process has been completed on 24th of January, 2024. The enclosures to the report reflects that there is an order of attachment which was issued by the court on 13th of December, 2023 but whether the same has been effected or not is not mentioned.

Accordingly, the said order of proclamation and attachment is kept in abeyance till 18th of March, 2024. If the petitioner surrenders within the aforesaid period and prays for bail, the ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Nadia would dispose of his bail application in accordance with law.

In the alternative, the ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia, would ensure at least the list of materials which have been attached at the instance of the

police authorities and pursue the same on and from 19th of March, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 444 of 2024 is disposed of.
